Service Program Reports
In all of the Service Program Reports, on the signature page, you will see the comment similar to the following, "The final Year to Date total reports will be divided by the number of members listed in the Supreme Roster as of the first day in July for an additional State Award." This is to encourage the councils to get as many members as possible to be active in the council activities. The additional award is a 'free for all' among all the councils in the state. We will have the same awards for the four divisions as we have in the past plus the additional award for a total of five awards. It is possible that councils could win an award in their particular division and also win an award in the "free for all". The five awards will be given to the winning councils in July 2010 at the Organizational Meeting.
We are also recognizing the Ladies for their service by having each Council recognize a Lady of the Month and Lady of the Year. The councils will submit the names to the State Council the same as the Knight of the Month.
Note: Regarding Supreme Council's member roster, if there are errors showing duplicate names, send a copy of the roster with an explanation of the error(s) to the State Deputy and a copy to the State Program Director. The correction, if it refers to duplicate names, will be used to determine the number of members for the council. This is also important as the council(s) may be paying per capita for the duplicate names to Supreme Council and State Council. Both Supreme Council and the State Council need to be notified of the errors.
